This high-speed precision aluminum pipe cutting machine is mainly used for aluminum and aluminum magnesium alloy extrusion profile cutting processing equipment, using high-speed rotating carbide saw blade, fast and accurate cutting processing of profiles, with fast automatic clamping material, automatic feeding length, automatic cutting, automatic chip removal and other functions, through the replacement of less clamping mold, The cutting and processing of the profiles specified in the "Aluminum and aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Extruded Profiles Atlas 1984" can be easily achieved. 1. This equipment is a special equipment for precision cutting of non-ferrous metals with low hardness such as aluminum and copper under the condition of high speed rotation by using carbide disk saw blade as the tool.
2. Adopt man-machine dialogue touch screen and PLC program to control the machine servo motor feeding system and automatic cutting function.
3. The feed direction is round-trip horizontal movement, making the cutting stable and reliable.
4. The saw blade rotates in a clockwise direction, cutting from the top of the material to the bottom, so that the cutting flow smoothly into the recovery system.
5. The saw blade is designed with a large gland and a counter-tooth fixing screw to ensure that the saw blade will not loose when rotating or cutting at high speed.
6. The gas-liquid linkage head feed mechanism ensures the smoothness of the head feed movement.
7. The application of patented technology makes the section finish of the material after cutting 2 levels higher than that of ordinary cutting.
8. When cutting materials, bilateral reference positioning and bilateral clamp clamping ensure the perpendicularity of the section in the shape of the material.
9. Servo motor feeding system, ball screw transmission mechanism, so that the material cutting length accuracy is guaranteed to ≤0.1mm.
