Introduction
This equipment is specialized for pipe fittings double head simultaneous forming processing, to achieve high efficiency, high precision, low cost. In order to adapt to the different installation conditions of various industries or to save raw materials and reduce production costs, metal pipe fittings are usually designed into double-head direct forming processing, King-Mazon research and development of a double-head multi-station pipe end forming machine, which can professional rapid forming of this pipe fittings. This double-head pipe end forming machine is mainly used for double-head simultaneous forming processing of double-head pipe fittings, which is a special double-head multi-station forming equipment for stainless steel straight-through three-way four-way pipe fittings. The double-head forming machine can also be combined with other auxiliary facilities to form a production line, such as the fully automatic production line used in the product below. This production line is divided into seven parts: 1. Discharge rack; 2. Automatic feeding device; 3. Double-head extrusion molding machine; 4. Automatic transposition conveyor; 5. Double-head spinning forming machine; 6. Discharge device; 7. Control system. This production line is mainly used for the shape forming processing of pipe fittings below. Machine structure design is reasonable, there are enough static, dynamic stiffness, flexible operation. The equipment can realize the simultaneous molding of both ends of the pipe fitting, and its control system technology is advanced to achieve high efficiency, high precision and high reliability.

Main features of the machine:
1. It is composed of two parts: extrusion forming machine and spinning forming machine.
2. Extrusion molding machine and spinning molding machine can be double head design.
3. Extrusion molding machine with double head each 2 stations.
4. Spin forming machine double head each 2 stations.
5. In the front section of the extrusion forming machine is installed with a discharge rack, the operator only needs to discharge the material in batches to this rack, and the mechanical conveying device will automatically transport it to the clamping part of the extrusion forming machine.
6. Two parts of the forming machine are connected through a mechanical conveying device, and the pipe fittings are automatically transported to the clamping device of spinning forming through the conveying device after extrusion forming.
7. An automatic discharge device is installed in the back section of the spinning forming machine, and the workpiece completed by the mechanical conveying device is automatically transported to the turnover box.
8. The machine is horizontal design, the body is welded by steel plate, and the stress is removed by heat treatment.
9. Rotation direction: clockwise and counterclockwise rotation.
10. The extrusion part has a hydraulic oil-water cooling system to protect the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
11. The rotating device is driven by servo motor, which has good control performance and high processing accuracy.
12. The extrusion part is designed with an automatic lubricating oil adding device for pipe fittings.
13. Concentricity accuracy of both ends of pipe fitting: 0.2mm.
14. The concentricity of the die seat at both ends of the machine tool: 0.05mm.
