Introduction
The coil straightening and cutting machine is mainly used for unwinding, straightening and cutting processing of copper and aluminum pipes. The raw materials of the whole roll can be loaded on the feeding rack of the cutting machine, and the processing is completed automatically by the machine. The cutting length can be set through the man-machine interface, and the cutting length set by the machine is automatically cut. The standard machine design has four stations, and the user can choose a model with only one station or multiple stations at the same time. Four kinds of pipes with the same outer diameter or different outer diameter specifications can be cut at the same time. The material cut with this machine is free of residual debris because it is chip free cutting technology.

1. Our direct cutting machine is a coil straightening cutting machine driven by servo motor, which has the function of four-station straightening cutting and one-station straight pipe automatic feeding and automatic cutting at the same time.
2. Use touch computer screen and PLC programmable controller to realize digital automatic control of equipment action.

4. 5. The tension automatic discharge device is configured, which is used to support the coil, and the weight of the simplex structure is less than 200Kg.
6. Servo motor drive feeding, a feeding maximum 1000mm, more than 1000mm can be completed multiple feeding.
7. Make the feeding length accuracy less than ±0.1mm.
8. The feeding length can be set directly on the touch screen, and the device will complete it automatically.
9. Copper pipe cutting device with external hob plus support wheel, minimum cutting length ≤80mm.
